★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new receptionist is knowing nothing. She doesn't know how the do insurance. The dental delay the appointment without notice, it made me wait about half an hour. I told the receptionist I'm don't have time to wait any longer because I have another meeting. She didn't say any apologies for their delay and threatening to charge my money. This is the bad dental experience that I ever have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely recommend going to Crystal Dental Centre if you need to get braces. They did a great job with my teeth and now I have the perfect smile I’ve always wanted. The environment inside the building is so calm, clean and relaxed, and the service is great there! Everyone is so lovely and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done my dental checking, cleaning and whitening here recently. The dentist and the staff are professional and efficient. They took all the time to solve my dental issues and explain to me. They also gave me all the options and let me decide on my own. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommended me to contact the office. After my first visit, I decided to start my invisalign treatment here. I'll come back regularly for the next one and half a year. The reasons? First, I am a U of T student. The office is pretty close to the campus. I walked here after school. Second, the braces are invisible :D, none of my friends really realized. The fee is cheaper than Beijing, my hometown. Third, Dr. Xu is very nice and caring. She explained the treatment plan and answered all the questions I asked. I love their excellent services. I am happy to write this long review and recommend this dental office to all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, feel welcome when I came into the office, the girl who at the reception is very nice. Doctor Xu, she is great, helped me get rid of few bad wisdom teeth, and all the staff there are patient, nice and caring. My first dental experience in Toronto was far better than I imagined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Crystal Dental Centre for anyone who wants to achieve a perfect smile. I am currently coming to the end of my Invisalign treatment and I am overwhelmed with how good my journey has been. The staff are very warm and super helpful and as for my dentist Dr Xu she is amazing. She understands my needs very well and sets out a perfect treatment plan.

Dr. Chan and Dr. Xu attends to my needs quickly and yet I don’t feel rushed. They make each visit very personal and worthwhile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Crystal Dental Centre on Google. I am so happy that I had my first visit last week and it went perfect. I filled in a screening form and wear a mask. The receptionist checked my temperature when I arrived. I was nervous of course but the dentist was super nice and explained every step from the beginning to the end of treatment. She made me feel very comfortable. I loved the entire experience. Thank you very much.
