★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently switched my clinic to Toothworks at Yonge-Carlton and I absolutely love it. They are super friendly and flexible to accommodate my needs and schedule. I also love their courtesy reminder emails. I can never miss my appointment. My hygienist Filipe is wonderful -- he makes me feel comfortable and explains everything to me so I am well informed of my oral health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish the process is efficient and seamless -- no gaps, no gaffs. The option for email appointment reminders is terrific. The front staff are pleasant and accommodating. My hygienist (Phil) is thorough and caring and is all about preventing dental disease-- awesome. There are many TVs and distractions while you wait. Believe me, I hate going to the dentist. But with this place: I don't mind going there. And , by the way, "I don't mind going there" is the HIGHEST accolade I could give any dental clinic. I shall return - calmly and confidently - because they're great, even though still I hate going to the dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! The staff is so kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable, and you get the sense that they genuinely care about you and are trying to make the experience more enjoyable/pleasant. Who would have thought that could happen at the dentist! Highly recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have cancelled so many appointments. This place was so nice about it. I would recommend everyone I know. Also the ladies are very kind they make sure you are comfortable. Who is comfortable in a dentist chair. So I have another appointment with them I need alot of work done. I also need a full set dentures just for the upper part. I really am great full that they allow me to continue with them after all the appointment I missed. Thank you for allowing me to keep coming there I really am going to keep my appointments for now on. What got me is you need to be buzzed in the front door they can see who is coming in. Very clean. Thank you staff of young Carlton dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful to the whole team at Toothworks - I started visiting the clinic in January, and ended up needing quite bit of work done. Every time I went in with a question, called to make or reschedule an appointment, or had a major procedure performed for the first time, they were absolutely lovely. Dr. Lindsay is so kind and understanding, and Nancy at the front desk is an absolute angel. They direct bill my insurance to boot - I will be a patient for a long time!
