I’ve been going to several nail salons to get my nails done, but after walking into Nails on Yonge, the quality and shape of the nails were so perfect I just can’t stop coming back. It’s a nice feeling knowing I can just walk in here and know I’m going to leave with beautiful nails. Each of the nail technicians are talented in what they do!

Went here for a biogel set. When the technician was applying the gel, I told her it was too thick and she assured me that she would buff it down. She didn't and now I have lumpy looking nails..some nails have air bubbles. Really disappointed. Two stars because even though she didn't do a good job she was nice.I'm guessing she was new.

Got my nails ? done with Nails on Yonge as a walk in customer for the first time with no prior booking. They were very warm and receptive, I observed they attended to customers in a polite and friendly manner, took time to ensure each customer is comfortable and the service was good ? I will definitely visit them again.

I went here a couple of times, received bad customer service however decided to give them another try. This place has confirmed the worst customer service especially Suzy. I didn't like my nail color after the second coat, since color looked different. So I requested for it to be changed and I was charged $24 to change it on top of the full Shellac pedicure. The owner is young and has a really bad attitude. She is clearly money hungry and not big on customer service like most other nail salons in Downtown Toronto. It is so hard to find a good nail salon. I do not mind paying the extra money but customer service is big for me. They also need more colors here, they have the same colors from over 3 years ago. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Got a shellac manicure and love the results. All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were able to take walk ins and do designs. So happy with my manicure from Mao Mao

There are like 20 technicians working here so it really depends on the technicians you choose. The price is fine, it was nice that since so many people work here, you don’t rly have to make a reservation; just call them 2 hours before to make sure u have a spot. But my technician- she was a Chinese or Vietnamese (not too sure, seemed like a manager or something) lady late 20s/ early 30s She filed my nail too much that weakened my natural nails- so while drying my nails in the uv lamp it was so painful (never had this pain in my life even though I’ve always got extensions) I knew something went wrong,. and yes after few weeks my natural nails broke inside. Filing the nails a lot helps the extension to stick on the nails longer, and yes they stayed long, but it was too much. TOO MUCH. And also she misunderstood the design I wanted, even though I showed her the exact picture.. Since she didn’t say a word or ask any questions during the session, I was worried but it wasn’t a big problem until I realized she didn’t understand what I wanted and my nails were burning while drying them. Since the technicians never say anything here like robots (I don’t know if it’s their policy or they’re too busy) make sure you watch all the progress and tell them right away if there are any doubts.

I come here because it's a convenient spot close to my home. All the technicians are great at pedicures. Used to get my nails done here - they're great for basic nail options but they don't have powder acrylic and no one skilled to do creative designs beisdes the owner Emily... Only reason I get them done elsewhere. If you're doing a basic shellac you won't be disappointed. Oh I almost forgot their pedicure chairs are brand new and give the best massages ever!
