Terrible service. I went to remove my arcylic nails, which were already broken and removed half of it, on my lunch break. I asked them if they could get it done in 30 minutes because that all the time i had, and they said yes. So went the time ran out, i said i have to go, im gonna go back after work, which is 5h30, and my nails were not done. As soon as i was rushing to go back to work, they held me back and said i have to pay for the service. I said i’m not paying for an undone service, which was supposed to be done according to them. And then they yelling to each other in Chinese and rudely telling me that they have the camera to prove that i wasn’t there for 30mins. I said go ahead and check it, but that was the worst experience of getting nails done in my life. Now i know why the place got so low reviews. Highly recommend people not to come here.

My friends and I got pedicures. My lady did an ok jo. My friend's lady did a horrible job. Her pedicure only took 10min. She did 2 people in the span of me still getting my one done. She also ended up cutting my friend, so to compensate they offered free pedi & Mani when she comes back. I personally wouldn't go back

Horribly done eyebrows, the lady put wax on my hair on my hairline and when I told her, she just said she would clean it, but instead waxed off the hairline, so painful. And then she waxed the eyebrows too far in. She was extremely rude as she just lied and said β€œoh this will look better β€œ... She didn’t clean the wax on top of my eyelids either, but I just wanted to get out of there. I really wished my usual salon was open and learned my lesson not to experiment with these random places. Don't know how long i need to wait to get my eyebrows back to normal :( Don't go here for waxing, don't know about the other services, but not planning to ever try them.

A male specialist named Eason gave me THE worst customer service and major attitude I have ever seen at a nail salon. Key message is: I will never go back and recommend you to think twice if you stumble upon this place. Today I had a few broken nails so went to have my nail gel removed but without reapplying new colors, as I want my nails to recover for a short while. After Eason had filed away the old color and trimmed my nails, he used the rough sponge to sandpaper the residual colors, and told me the routine is done. At that point, my nails looked super rough (full of scratches after you sandpaper your nails of course). As I won’t get new colors, I asked Eason to conclude the whole treatment by lightly polish my nails with the soft side of the sponge, so the nail surfaces at least look done instead of just sandpapered. Eason refused right away, saying β€œit’ll cost you extra money.” Actually in my more than 10 years of receiving manicure services across many different countries, no one has ever charged extra for FINISHING the routine with lightly soft polish and not just leave the nails look destroyed. Seeing Eason was adamant, I even said well I can do it myself. Eventually another specialist at the parlor felt sorry for the situation and agree to help finish the treatment. What’s the unthinkable is at this moment, Eason verbally attacked me by saying β€œyou’re lying. This always costs extra money. I’ve been doing this for four years.” And he turned to another guest and said β€œshe just doesn’t want to pay!” How ridiculous this scene was: 1) instead of just thinking about charging extra, how about FINISHING the job properly instead of doing a lousy job; 2) what made Eason think that if a guest refuses to pay the unreasonable extra he wants to charge, then he can verbally attack the guest, blaming the guest for lying? 3) how about NOT harassing other guests when that person was already very embarrassed caught up in the scene? I said at the end I will place a complaint, and I won’t pay unless I get an apology from Eason. He gave a major attitude without acknowledging any wrong doing. If the parlor owner is seeing this review, he/she should place a proper response. Such client treatment is not acceptable to anyone.

The nail polish was applied nicely. I just don’t think it’s worth the price. I got a pedicure for $30 plus tax. When I get pedicures at other solans they do a better job making sure my feet are smooth. I don’t mind paying the $30 but I felt I did not get my money’s worth because time was not put it to make sure my feet were smooth - in fact they were left flakey. The whole process was really quick and I did not enjoy the chair or small massage given.

They were able to accommodate me for a shellac removal and mani at the last minute which was fantastic! But as we continued on with the appointment, I noticed a lack of cleanliness of the salon and I felt a bit rushed during the entire process. The nail technician was also very roughly removing my shellac polish, scraping it aggressively off of my nails. I'm no expert in manicures, but after my nails were done, she did one last filing of my tips of my newly polished shellac nails. This is something I've never seen before. The next day, I noticed my tips were tarnished as as well as some bubbling/scratches on my nail's surface. I don't think I'll be returning again.

The owner of the salon is pleasant. However, everytime I have gone to this salon, I can almost guarantee that my nails will break, tarnish and become black within 1 week. The photo below was taken after three days of paying a full set, full price. Since then, three of my nails have torn and completely chipped off-- painful and with blood. What infuriates me the most from this experience is the 2nd time I went to get my nails fixed, she had charged me an additional $15+tax and seemed quite frustrated with me. I won't be going here again. I've been to this salon 6+ times and it seems their top coat always turns black and I always have to pay extra to counter mistakes. It is so frustrating as a client to have beautiful nails one day, then to unexpectedly and consistently go back to the salon to get them fixed. It is such a waste of my time.

Came in for a quick Mani pedi. I have natural nails and no polish so it was very fast. It’s not as thorough as other places in terms of sloughing off the skin, as there was none of that done, but a scrub was used and small massage was given so that was nice. EaSon, my technician was very sweet, and I enjoyed chatting with him, we were the only ones there so it felt calm and relaxing. Overall, I don’t understand the negative reviews, as my experience was pleasant. It wasn’t luxurious, but the price was reasonable and the nail polish application was expertly done.
