β β β β β I had such a good experience at Jiva. I was nervous and hesitant to get my first facial however Neeha was very communicative and explained everything to me. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I almost fell asleep multiple times. Will definitely be back for more in the future!!
Overall, everyone was very kind and accommodating, especially to our last minute booking. Could not have a better experience.

- Kam was professional and accommodating in booking us for our facial.
- Perfect spa ambience; relaxing, positive, aesthetically pleasing, clean space.
- Given a limited time frame, "Reeham" did a quick yet thorough job performing a professional facial treatment. Not to mention how relaxed she made me feel.
- Helpful product recommendations and tips on how I can improve my skin.
- Pricing was fair, given how comprehensive the facial was.
Would definitely visit again the in future!

β β β β β I received the Jiva signature facial treatment from Riham yesterday! She is so knowledgeable and I appreciated her advice for my desert dry skin ? Yesterday was my first visit and I'll be coming back! Kam was very helpful with booking the appointments for me and my three friends βΊοΈ

β β β β β Probably the best facial treatment I have ever done! From what I have been told by my aesthetician, she knew exactly what I needed with very thorough explanation with the 'what' and 'why' to my concerns. She was very professional and asked multiple times throughout my facial to see if I was comfortable/okay with what she was doing. The massage was a lovely bonus and made the experience so much more relaxing. From the front desk, to the inside of the spa, and to the facial experience, all of it had exceeded my expectations and I would 11/10 recommend it to everyone!

β β β β β Neetu is a rare gem and I wouldnβt trust anyone else with my skin. Iβve been coming here for a while now and Neetu truly is the best Iβve ever seen. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly whatβs right for my skin. The spa is beautiful and I always leave feeling so relaxed and happy. All services are a great value as well. I wouldnβt hesitate booking a service with Neetu, youβre in good hands!

β β β β β I had my first services at Jiva Spa with Riham just over a week ago. I had the Signature Facial and Spa Pedicure. Would recommend both. Riham was lovely, very knowledgeable and professional. I especially enjoyed the facial. Room was cozy, bed was heated, and her facial massage was very relaxing. Her extractions were also excellent. Although I didnβt enjoy them at the time (who does?) she really cleaned out my pores and my skin has been looking much clearer since. Iβm going back in a few weeks for another facial with Riham. Itβs my new favourite spot! Also, Kam was very welcoming and made the booking process super easy. He made me a delicious latte while I was getting the pedicure.

β β β β β As a male, I was very nervous/skeptical about this experience (it was a gift). I did not know what to expect and my opinion was that some things spas so are unnecessarily painful (like waxing). In the end it turned out to be smooth & seamless and I feel very rejuvenated from my face treatment here. It was nice & easy.
They really do know quality of service!!
It's modern, it's clean, it's comfortable! Cam understands time.
