★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to dozens of sports therapy and deep tissue massages for numerous sports injuries and lingering arthritis pain - this is by far the best treatment I've received. I fully recommend this place, the strength and technique of Rachelle is 2nd to none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! The massage therapist at ESU is not registered in Ontario. Look her up and you will see. They will also rip you off, not provide receipts for insurance and refuse to honour Groupons etc. These deals are how they get people through the door and they don’t care about customer retention or loyalty because if you try to follow up with them afterwards they will ignore your calls and emails! I was never provided an RMT receipt which is what led me to research the RMT. Be careful - it’s a scam and the good reviews are fake.

She genuinely cares about all her clients, has incredible strength for someone who is quite small in stature, and great personal drive to push her small business forward in the midst of this truly chaotic time. I have been going to her for almost 7 years now because of the all-around quality of her services, and I recommend her constantly to friends in the area.

These reviews are not fake AT ALL. I am a graduate student at UofT living in the city of Toronto, and I have been going to see Rachelle basically ever since I moved here... and EVERY SINGLE TIME I received a receipt that was accepted by Greenshield, because she is a REGISTERED massage therapist (RMT). However, I do believe there is another massage therapist who works there who is NOT registered. If you do not request that you need the massage therapist to be registered, then you may get referred to them instead, as they often have more availability and can be more flexible. Some people do not have medical coverage, and as such, do not care if their massage therapist is registered or not, as long as they are good at what they do. So essentially, that is on YOU for not confirming what your medical insurance will or will not cover, and not ensuring that you communicated properly to the business exactly what type of service you were looking for.
