She supported me through the early months of the pandemic, when working from home brought on nerve pain and a spike in neck and shoulder tension. I'm so grateful to her for her massage expertise and belief that my body could feel stronger and move with greater ease.

She goes beyond simply trying to make you feel better in the moment (which she also does very well). She works with you to try and correct the issue at the source. Recently she's added acupuncture to her practice, expanding her tools provide treatment. I've had fantastic results working with her and highly recommend.
