β β β β β Marinella is the best! I had my first session with her over a year ago when I was feeling intense back pain. After about 4-5 sessions, the pain went away. Before that, I was struggling for 2 months. She helped align my body and gave me tips/exercises to help strengthen/stretch my lower back. With working from home, during this pandemic, getting treatment really helps reset the body and mind. She's currently helping me with some hip issues as I've recently taken up running. She's amazing and I recommend her to everyone!!!
