I have been pretty educated about clean eating for 7 years now, and have, in the past, lost a lot of weight eating clean. However, in the past 2 years, I lost my focus and gained weight. This past fall I decided to go "hardcore" and yet only lost 2 pounds in 5 weeks. I was pretty devastated. Then I asked Michelle for help. Even though we live in different cities, she worked with me virtually and gave me some really wonderful advise and suggestions, and putting those to use, I have already lost 10 pounds in a month. As exciting as that is, weight loss isn't what this is solely about. Michelle's advise has opened my eyes to living this way for the long haul. No more "8 weeks", or "10 weeks", just living a clean life on a daily basis. Michelle was so thorough in her questioning, that I knew that every piece of advise she gave me was tailored just for me, with no judgement. Thank you so much Michelle! I really didn't know what to do, but your knowledge and approachable demeanour have made a world of difference to me.

I met Michelle through a weight loss group she offered. I am fairly knowledgeable about nutrition and health however I found the group really useful (met my goal) and informative. Michelle is extremely warm and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable participating. Being pleased with the results, I booked some one on one sessions to work on specific health issues - IBS, thyroid. What a great investment! After 20+ years of IBS issues I have now been symptom- free for almost 8 months. I can't overstate what a difference that makes to my quality of life. I have also surpassed my weight loss goal and have no trouble maintaining that. Michelle's diligence and followup on my questions has impressed me. She always gets back to me with researched, thoughtful answers. I have found it frustrating in the past when practitioners have over-promised and failed to follow through. I recommend Michelle to anyone looking to improve their health through improved nutrition.

I recently had a food intolerance test done and discovered a high intolerance to several major food groups that were part of my routine diet. This of course became a concern because in moving forward I wanted to ensure that I continued to have a balanced healthy diet that was still appealing and tasty while excluding these major good groups. Michelle was very thorough in her research and made excellent suggestions for a two week meal plan that I could rotate that also included unique recipes and links to websites to get more information. I'm sure my case was quite challenging, but she was very professional and showed to be very knowledgeable in terms of alternative options and where to find them, and how to maintain a balanced diet. I've been on the new diet now for over a month and feel great, and enjoy my meals, snacks and desserts! I am very pleased and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone.

Over the last year, Michelle has guided me with her vast knowledge and constant support to improve my eating habits and overall health. You really are what you eat! Through her online courses and cleanses, I feel and look better! My family's menus have changed for the better with easy to prepare healthy options. I am very grateful that I was introduced to Michelle's programs. I registered myself in a winter and spring cleanse and the 60 days wellness program. I felt refreshed and re-energized by the end. The support and information that Michelle provided has made such a difference for me. The programs introduced me to new foods, new recipes and a new way of eating. I was ready to learn and make changes for a healthier lifestyle. I have learned a lot about wellness and nutrition.
