Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, and was in and out within 10 minutes. Straight forward, quick and easy results sent through notification via text/email. Overall, great experience :) thank you!
D	Dax Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in for a 'next day' PCR test and I didn't sense any chemical during swab procedure (unlike in the case of antigen testing in EU) which was great. Procedure is quick and staff is helpful and professional. I stripped down 2 stars as I find that 'next day' shouldn't take over 24hrs to receive results for such an expensive test - speed wise certainly will not win any contest. I was in around 12:30 and received my results following day some time around 2pm - just keep this in mind when planning your trip! It is a great location very convenient though.

VHLs online booking process was easy to navigate and not having to worry about the pre departure testing was a massive relief. The staff at the clinic were incredibly professional and helpful and I had my results within 20 minutes; easy to see why there’s a lineup down the sidewalk to use their services.

Their staff was very nice despite chaos during Christmas season and we were grateful they did not keep us waiting too long. You have to pre-book online, we easily found same day slots for next day PCR tests. Everything was quick and easy and we never felt at risk or untrustworthy vibes. The only thing is be aware next day does not mean 24hrs. I went with 2 others, one of us got our results in hours, the other in 24 hrs and the 3rd took 30 hrs

I was in and out in less than 10 min and because no one was waiting, I was able to start my test earlier than scheduled - thank you! I then visited the luggage shop nearby and bought a great new suitcase, excellent price from the nicest owner! Happy Travels :-)
