I’ve visited this place a few times and my experiences have not been great. This time I walked in looking for a walk-in service on Friday but was told to book an appointment for Monday. I asked if this was a walk-in clinic and the receptionist answered by saying that they reached walk-in capacity and that I should book an appointment. I didn’t know that you had to book an appointment for walk ins, and there was nothing on their website about capacities for walk-ins. I also visited at noon so was surprised that all the spots had been filled. At this point, it was just a doctors office. Maybe they should have on their website that they reached capacity, or anything to indicate it so people don’t travel all the way there to be turned away. Also by doing this, those who have symptoms that aren’t severe enough for an emergency room but enough to be affected by it are forced to wait days until they can find some kind of treatment or course of action. If you plan on going for walk in, perhaps giving a call and asking if they have spots would be best.

I had good experience with the clinic before but its latest services has been pretty back peddled. I start to hear doctors saying "you are only allowed to discuss one issues per appointment, if there are more symptoms you'll have to book another appointment" disregard my attempt to intro symptoms from prior health issues that could be linked together and convince a test maybe necessary. Have to agree with another reviewer on this, maybe listening skills for a doc is quite important? (edit per feedback to make review clearer) I also have to disagree on your claims - one issue per visit is NOT practiced by ALL walk-ins. Please don't represent all walk-in clinics in one sentence. If you'd really like to represent ALL walk-ins, please provide a link of yours or official resources where this "general rule" is made known to the public? It is more likely those unspoken rules you stated is forced to patients before by some dollar driven doctors at various walk-ins. I've had walk-ins where I brought more than one issues in when those issues are similar to the ones I have discussed recently. Your doc tried to finish up the conversation within 1-2 min of the phone consultation and even when I pushed hard to introduce a linked issue it took less than 5. How is it reasonable to believe finishing conversations on a patient helping with diagnostics?

Great experience going to the walk-in this morning. Had an issue booking a virtual appointment for my son with my phone and the pharmacist took the time to do it for me instead. Got a virtual appointment 45 mins after the clinic opened. Quick, thorough diagnosis and easy pick-up of meds. Pharmacist even helped with a payment option as we don’t have insurance. Will be back!

Based on my experience, the medical staff was great. The wait times are not that long because you usually have to get an appointment prior to going there. The only down side is it takes them too long to respond if you book your appointment on their website, so it would be much better if you just call the clinic.

Doctors are great at this place. But they never inform you about anything. Did my blood test, my ultrasound and several referrals and they never ever inform me the results until I phone up and book another appointment. They don’t even bother to let you know if yours referrals been canceled . I understand they are short of staff but that should be a management level issue, patients should be notified if there’s anything wrong with their results.

I get that it's a pandemic but there were people in the waiting room that had been sitting there for over 45 minutes. I get that you were a doctor down but that doesn't take away from the fact that time is still important to the patients. A little notice of a long wait before driving down would've been appreciated. Also, 0 distancing in the waiting area. Strangers were sitting side by side next to each other. I will be going elsewhere and may try you again depending on the circumstances

I am very happy that I came across this medical clinic because they're essential to my overall health. I started seeing them during the pandemic because another clinic decided to not longer do in-person care during the pandemic. I am especially appreciative of the care that Dr. Lu and Michelle have given me. They have restored my faith in modern medicine and thankful for their helpful, friendly demeanor. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
