D	Denise McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Flowers on Bay tried to make right and delivered more flowers for free the next day. I still think they’re too expensive - but they tried. Original: Sadly the price does not match what you get. I was shocked when I picked up the flowers I ordered online for Mother’s Day. They looked like they should have cost $75. I’m not sure if they purposely increased the price because of Mother’s Day, or if these are regular prices. Next time I’ll just grab a bouquet from Rabba or Loblaws for a fraction of the price. I would have given them a zero but I don’t have that option.

I would definitely go back. The only thing I had a concern about is the price but all the other places looked about the same price range.

For the cost I paid, it was not what I expected This was disappointing, I ordered flowers about 3 weeks in advance for delivery. A few days before the delivery date they called and asked me to change the delivery date so I was fine with that. I called around 3pm to understand when to expect the flowers to be delivered, I was told around 5pm. It's now 7 pm and nothing has been delivered and no one got in touch with me to tell me of any issues. I called several times but no pickup. Waited all day for nothing. Disappointed esp since I paid quite a bit for the flowers also. Super sad since the other reviews were fine.
R	Rose Dela Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here multiple times to buy flowers. Walked in today with my little dog (10 lbs) in my arms—he just got groomed up the street. Aware that this may not be allowed, I did ask if I could keep him in my arms while I grabbed a small planter. They told me No. Will not be returning here again, especially as I already knew what I wanted and I would have been in and out in 30 seconds with a tap of my credit card. Poor customer service, especially for loyal customers living in the neighbourhood. Terribly disappointed.

I went to get balloons for a friend’s birthday and was asked to pick out whichever ones I liked. The next morning the day of the event the helium balloons weren’t floating anymore. When I called them they were quite rude. I was told if the balloons were fine when I left the store it wasn’t their fault. They blamed me and said the balloons I picked were wrong ? ! I should have been compensated with a new bunch but they said “okay we can give you 3 if you want”. If you need balloons go else where, I won’t be returning.
