Nice building in great location. Sorry to say, the best view to UofT is under threat by two proposed tall buildings next door.

It's July 02 I have lived here for over a year. The pool has been open for two days that's it. Today I go out and it's closed again im just over it. Who opens a pool July 1st? Most pools open or start opening may 24 it's irresponsible and very poorly run. If you are interested in living in this building because of the rooftop pool think twice.

To few elevators. Some of the concierges are very rude and unprofessional. Management sent contractors and construct works in my unit without even notifying me.

Concierge used to be friendly when Crespro was around and dressed in suits but now they dress up like mall security and are rude/abrasive and talk down to younger tenants. This building is run by a bunch of Karen’s that gossip with the head security supervisor about the residents comings and going’s. Security is almost suffocating and one often is afraid of being denied fob access to floor due to a suspected offense

I would give zero star if I could. This might look like a fancy condo from the outside, but it's very cheaply built to be investment properties instead of functional living space. I 100% concur with the powertripping busybody “Karen” characterization of the super and management from someone else’s review. It’s absurd how they feel they have the right to police your life. I had more freedom living in my freshman university dorm. Their total disregard and willful blindness of basic tenant rights is astounding. They hide behind the Condominium Act and make up rules at their own convenience. They take full advantage of the large number of international student residents that are not familiar with local laws and their rights.From the way management conducting affairs, you would think you are living in a developing country where human rights abuse is ubiquitous instead of Canada. If you are a tenant considering to rent in this building, think again, because you will sign away a lot of your freedom by choosing to live here (they force you to sign several borderline illegal forms as soon as you move in as an exchange to get your fob activated). But despite the frequent interference, intimidation and threats of laying fines, the management still tirelessly sends emails to motivate the residents to help them stop the high rise development proposed next door. The only good thing I can say about this place is the friendly cleaning staffs and concierges. However, after living in this building, I sincerely regret having moved here and do not ever want to live in another condo in Toronto again

It is one of the very luxury condos in downtown Toronto, and it is a good condo for eye-catching shopping as there are many luxury brand shops nearby and excellent transportation. It is especially attractive to long-term exchange professors and graduate research students as it is located right next to the University of Toronto.

To reply to the rude person who dissed the "lady at the concierge," that lady is the Supervisor of the Security staff, and she is extremely professional and friendly. She is there to secure and protect the building, and does so extremely well. She knows literally everything about the building and its policies, and could not be more helpful and pleasant. She is NOT there to serve as the head of a complaints department, and listen to every whining brat who walks in the door. That's what your mother is for!
