Never had an issue with the people/security at the desk. During Covid the lounging area is restricted but for the most part people follow the directions and procedures. There’s 2 entrances but the main one is still the easiest. Security tend to open the second doors of the vestibule if you look like you know what you’re doing there (going straight for the buzz in screen/key card). If you are visiting you must tell the security which room/floor and the person you’re seeing and they will allow you to enter the elevator and select the floor (you can’t choose a floor without a keycard otherwise). The building is always clean and the rooms are modern. Noice isnt really an issue other than say a neighbour’s barking dog. There’s 4 elevators so social distancing is never an issue and there’s not a wait to get one. They move fast as well, I’ve been in elevators that take longer to go to 3 floors in the time it takes 25 here.

Incredible location, high end finishes, breathtaking views, great amenities and a condo board and property management with a staff that actually cares enough to keep condo fees low and keep the building running smoothly. Easily best bang for the buck in the Bloor - Yorkville Area!!

The front desk employees and all of the cleaning staff were always friendly and professional. The management was the complete opposite. Rules like don't threaten tenants? Don't make up unenforceable rules? Don't charge tenants for rent when they've moved out? How's the flooding?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’ve lived in 5 condos in downtown Toronto and this is BY FAR the worst condo management I’ve ever seen. The concierge is very rude and I’ve heard racist remarks before. There’s a leak in the building every couple of months. During my lease here, they went into my unit for maintenance while I was on vacation and damaged one of my lights, then refused to claim any responsibility. 0/5

The most horrible service I've ever experienced!! I lost my package which is really expensive. When I ask the front desk, the grey hair woman, she yelled at me and said it is your own responsibility. I was pretty sure it was delivered since the delivery called me at once when it was arrived. However, they did not help me to figure out. I did try to ask the manager but she said it is none of our business.

Absolutely garbage management. Three (minimum) floods have occurred in the last 2 months and when you ask management for details they don't respond. They don't provide work orders so you don't know if work is actually completed and you get maybe 12 hours notice of entry. They send out mass emails where they state in bold they won't respond to questions regarding repairs, it's a total joke. One elevator was flooded and hasn't been repaired in 2 months because of mismanagement of funds. Stay away from this building, property managers here are simply crooks who don't do their job at all. When asking about electrical damage and if it is safe to use you don't even get a response. Being left with potential fire hazards in your home without any support is horrible. Pretending to be in Yorkville because of city boundaries with apartment level management and security.

The building sometimes runs into problems of elevators, heating, and water. For service, I hate to say but we have unhappy experiences with few of staff, especially the grey and white hair woman. She once mistook and warned us on a behaviour that we even didn't think of, lol. Also, she seems too occupied to be approached, too exhausted to move and assist you. Other staff are generally fine. At least they are not trying to 'rule' and boss you Gym is re-open and hopefully more facilities can be unlocked.

One of the best managed buildings I’ve ever lived in. The concierge all speak clearly and actually know what they are doing. Especially Jackie she’s the best!! I’ve lived in quite a few condos and you can tell the high quality of the building as well as the people.
