★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible heating function!!! The boiler of the condo is damaged and management office just said they had technicians working on it but the air conditioner didn’t work for two weeks!! And it’s still not working now!!!!!! Winter is coming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who complained about elevators being covered by wood clearly has no idea what they are talking about. First, the wood has already been removed months ago, and second, it was only there in the first place to protect the elevator interior during the construction and move-in period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where to begin. Workmanship on the building is pretty shocking, both in common areas and in the units. Something is always broken, and the timelines for them to be fixed is laughable. Getting anything fixed in units is also a nightmare. The only silver lining is the concierge staff who are generally really pleasant to deal with. Stay away from Lanterra buildings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly built. Recent water damage caused all 6 elevators to not work, forcing residents to walk up to 60 flights of stairs. Crazy long elevator wait times in claustrophobic hallway.

Dakota and I are always so pleased to have morning conversations w/ her.
Aside from the flooding and blah blah, situations that are not controllable by security.
So far, they have managed very well.
Insurance and board of directors need to get a move on in terms of fixing the building to proper standards.
Otherwise no complaints with front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby always smells extremely bad, and also flooding and elevator issues. If you see any Lanterra condos, just don’t choose it or you will regret it forever.

The building claims to have a pool and amenities like the lounge etc., which are just a marketing gimmick because those facilities have never opened. The management doesnt even care about finishing up the work quickly so people can use the facilities. I feel duped :(
