No heating during winter, no ac in the summer and rarely get hot water. You will want to move out as soon as you move in.

Terrible building, AC was out all summer without alternatives. Now the heating is having issues in the middle of winter and hot water is a constant issue. Floods, elevators constantly down and changes made to building policy without consulting the ACTUAL RESIDENTS who live there. Buyers and renters beware.

I have no idea where these positive reviews came from. Like all of a sudden, multiple positive reviews just came up within these 2 weeks even though the AC was down for almost the whole summer, PLUS no heating after that (right now) PLUS the hot water issues a few weeks ago. Yes, the concierges are friendly but it's worth this 1 star ONLY. Also, the management never responded emails. This is really the worst building I've ever lived in!

I’ve only lived here for 1 year and I have experienced the following: -multiple bathroom ceiling leaks -a full summer without AC (that’s 4 long months) -constant elevator issues -weeks without hot water (twice during the winter) -weeks without a call box (the call box is now redundant since they implemented the use of fobs for elevator access, so guests and food deliveries can no longer buzz in and go to your door) -incessant loud buzzing sounds in the storage locker room for days at a time -multiple floods -terrible property management (Zach is impressively unresponsive) I must admit that my unit is stunning - beautiful white pillars and floor to ceiling windows - but this building is the absolute worst.

Listen to actual complaints from present residents here before you decide to move to this building. don't get deceive by fake reviews which posted on recent date cuz if you are living here currently you could never give 5 stars to this joke building AC, heating don't function when it needs to everyone in the building suffered heat during hot summer time (May to Sep,October) and they fixed it when we no longer need AC (nearly end of summer time) and now we are suffering cold with heat issue (currently unit temperature is 18Β°C) Property management was not reliable when this whole AC issue came up, didn't bother to care for people who are suffering heat at home or willing to take responsibility Oh, when they finally fixed the AC it didn't work so that they had to fix again. what a joke! so I don't trust if AC will run fine next year Elevators are the problem too, you will always find one of elevators broken and being fixed Also don't expect sound proof between units. You basically hear everything Please don't rent or buy this property unless you want unlimited problems and headache.

Avoid this building. I have lived here for five years; the elevators have been broken, multiple floods and one winter without heating for a week. The worst of all? Air conditioning was down this summer for four months. I lived in a temperature of 25-31 degrees, even with a portable air conditioner. Management were not helpful and there were long periods of time where work was not happening. I do want to acknowledge the friendly concierge but otherwise living here was a negative experience. Update: Surprise! this 2022 summer also will have no air conditioning!

Generally terrible building. Have lived here 6 years and its been nothing but constant issues with elevators, flooding, heating, ac, and water. Rarely a month goes past without something significant breaking. Property management is often uncommunicative. The concierges are the one exception, they have all been great. The google rating is inflated, somehow while the entire buildings AC was broken for the entire summer (May to September), there were 10 5 star reviews in a row posted at the same time, half with eastern European names and half with fake names with no other reviews. You can draw your own conclusions on their validity. Update 2022: After having AC on for only the first week of the season, surprise surprise it has broken yet again. It took over 2 weeks for repairs to even start and we are told it will take a month to fix.

I rented a unit in this building last year. Faced multiple issues like major flooding across floors, elevators not working and broken AC last summer (May till September). Please investigate ongoing issues before renting here.
