J	Jim Conrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many unit owners not living it, they rented their units, and only problem is in this building “tenants”, I am suggesting the owners should be more careful when they are renting it. Other then that issue nothing to complain lovely location and perfect condo to live in. I am a happy unit owner. I saw couple of negative reviews on here and most likely tenants:) complaining etc if they are not happy they can live their dreams in other condominium buildings either (Apartment buildings). They should thank to Covid-19 that was the occupancy time and rent prices was very reasonable otherwise they couldn’t live even near this building ✌️Not talking about all the tenants, just some..
B	Brian Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo is trash. Constant water and heating issues, AC malfunctions during summer, always problems with the elevators, fire alarm always going off. You can hear some kind of cracking noise or something when the wind is blowing against the condo as if the condo is a 100 years old and about to collapse. They make the lobby look spacious in pictures but it’s actually really small and messy. Units are also small, very cheap material used for counter tops, and cupboards and around the entire unit. Very small fridge and oven. Concierges are unprofessional and conduct in childish behaviour. No parking for visitors at all, very congested, unsafe and tight driveway. This is extremely horrible for Yorkville and I strongly advise you look somewhere else.

Really tiny cheap designed units and tiny balconies, concierges are disrespectful and look ragged. The rent should be no more than 1,500 here. Definitely not a place to come for luxury

They always go above and beyond to help, accommodate and facilitate all our needs. They are always reachable and extremely efficient. They are great problem-solvers and a pleasure to deal with. S	Stephen Qian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst building I’ve ever lived in. Not even comparing this to “Yorkville” that it’s advertised at, you can find a better building to live in cabbage town. There’s consistently an issue every single week, whether it be the AC/Heat not working and down for 24 hours or more, or the hot water isn’t working, or a faulty fire alarm. To top it all off they’ve had terrible security and concierge. No one pays attention at the front, random strangers are able to come and go, most of the time the front desk is either not there, socializing with people, or simply on their phone or browsing the web. If you are looking to rent, invest, or purchase a home, avoid this place at all costs!

Very upscale location. It can not be better location than this. Perfect place to live or invest. I am so glad to have gotten a unit in this awesome building Number One Yorkville. Yorkville is easily one of Toronto's most stunning neighbourhoods. You can find everything from high-end shopping, upscale restaurants and beautiful homes – which also puts this little village on the map as one of the most expensive areas in North America.

The location is fantastic as well, right in the heart of the Yorkville. One of the most wealthy and luxurious condo in the city..!
