★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse condominium building to live in. Every single day there is big line up for the elevators. 49 floors and ONLY 4 elevators out of which 2-3 are mostly not operational.
Property is managed on strict hostel rules. Amenities are beautiful and well kept (cuz not allowed to use anything after 10pm.)
IF YOU ARE MISSING YOUR OLD HOSTEL DAYS PLEASE COME LIVE HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in the building since it's inception and it is a beautiful building. Like many other buildings there are challenges with the elevators, however the board and it's management are constantly striving to eliminate the challenges and improve the service. Top quality Great Gulf built building with the nicest outdoor terrace and pool in the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some units have great view. But elevators are almost done everyday. So most units will lose their only positive side.
Even before covid you would be waiting for a long time. Noise level from construction is crazy.
The garage entrance is horribly narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here at X2 since April 2015 Very clean building lobby is great Security on the point very secure all staff are amazing The only problems are elevators when it breaks down it is out of service for few days and if there is a move in or out at the same time then we have only two elevators for all residence Building has 49 floors but only 4 elevators so wait for elevators are long sometimes and it can be frustrating for residence and visitors.
