H	Herbert W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT OR BUY PROPERTY HERE. Management simply don’t care about your peace disturbed by the continuously construction. Uneducated construction workers have no working ethic, they yells in the hallway, loudly play music which is very annoying. And no, don’t expect doors to proof the noise, you will hear them clearly even if you are in your bedroom with doors closed. The only thing management will say is “NO THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO” with a terrible attitude. Worst attitude I have ever seen.

Getting work done or relaxing is impossible given the sheer amount of unnecessary noise coming from various parts of the building. One would be forgiven to believe that all of the noise lead somewhere, but that's clearly not the case. The construction is shoddy in public areas at best, the front door frequently breaks down, and the elevator is still covered in plywood. Do not buy here, do not rent here, best to find somewhere where quietness in residential properties is still respected.

So off we go again looking for another new home to buy. They should have used the builders name for the condo instead of 159SW
S	Stephen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare to live in. avoid renting or buying here at all costs! construction workers with absolutely no respect or consideration for the residents of the building wake you up every morning with their repeated door slamming that will shake the entire floor and wake you up as early as 6am every single morning. Seemingly no work is being finished, and we still have to put up with a ridiculous amount of noise. Fire alarms go off at least every other day, and don’t expect to make it out of the building on time for work, as you’ll be waiting sometimes 15+ minutes for an elevator. not to mention the units are extremely cheap and your hot water will never work properly. One of my life’s worst regret is signing a lease i bc this building. don’t make the same mistake I did.

But the unit above mine still under construction and making crazy noise from or even before 7 am! It is ridiculous and i had suffered from the noise since november 2021 since i moved in! Horrible builder with many other issues comes with this terrible building!

The view from my balcony is spectacular at night and there’s nothing like feeling at home while living downtown Toronto. I have seen many other reviews complaining about the construction noise but tbh, we all knew what we were expecting when we moved to a building that still needed time to be fully finished. Construction workers are respectful and of course there’s noise but nothing out of this world - we wake up early and still enjoy nice calm music without listening to all the construction going on in the building.
