A	Audio Books on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management and concierge service ever. They are FORCING the residents to Deposit 500$ DRAFT everytime you book an elevator.. and mind you.. YOU NEED to book elevator to move every package greater than 50 pounds . Literally stuff that you order from Amazon if it's large equipment or literally 4 planks. This is NOT while moving in /out (that I get it) but this is while you are a leaseholder living in this apartment and just plan to upgrade your life. Concierge is plain rude , I understand they are just doing their job but the management is making it a hell and inconvenient to residents here. Axis condo you need to understand it costs 10$ to create a draft in the bank and forget about the inconvenience you guys are causing during pandemic(travel to branch etc). This has caused us utmost distress. Your building offers 0 amenities and no visitor parking either so whatever you are doing with the huge amounts of condo fees least you can do is make it convenient for residents.

Convenient location even though there can be some weird homeless people around college station. However management was rude and impatient. When I escalated operational concerns to them hoping they will improve their service and manner, he just responded “management and front desk are totally separate companies. If you want to post a bad review do what you want…” Security/front desk are contractors who are inconsistent with rules. Their priority is not helping people out and getting issues addressed but playing the blame game with authority.
k	kevin liphard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome condo development by Centrecourt. The 2 lobby sculptures done by Urban Art & Metal Works (UAMW.ca) are simply stunning. Wow, they brought Figure3 's design to life...enjoy!
E	Elis M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are considering moving to this building because you like the amenities, think twice. We have such excellent amenities that we can not use because of the "COVID." The business centre has been closed for more than one year and whenever the government allows all business to be open, it remains closed, and when you ask them why, they don't give the true answer. The gym was open before the last restrictions in January; however, they kept the gym's washrooms closed without reason. I've never seen any government restriction that doesn't allow gym washrooms to be open. Besides, when it comes to closing the gym, they close on the first day, but they don't open on the right day that is allowed to open. The gym should not be closed today, but it is for no reason. The property management company is horrible, and the residents should consider doing something together to change it. They don't care about people who live here and pay so much money to live in this condo and cannot use the amenities. They are taking advantage of the situation; once they save money and we pay without using what is supposed to be the resident's common area.
