I was made to come to the clinic six times for something I could have done with a single visit. Typical. Avoid the clinic if possible.

Why call it walk in clinic if when you get there you still have to make an appointment? Also the people on the desk are clueless. They’re not even trying to do their job.

i thought the reviews were extra. Despite at the Village. Physicians were transphobic. I asked to split my E dose, a doctor with very thick accent (phoned me at 9 pm, yes 9 pm) literally said "what's the point, doesn't make sense" and asked for blood test he had no idea and didn't want to help / give advice

Very anti trans, they refuse to address you by your proper name and will only acknowledge you by your dead name. Even when you try to correct then they refuse to accept it. They’re in the village, they should know better.

Probably worst clinic I’ve been too. I came in with a serious issue and the doctor had to GOOGLE THE ANSWER in the room with me! The next time I was in for a prescription, same doctor, I asked for a specific type of medication and was ensured that’s what I was getting. I had weird symptoms so I googled it and it turns out he tricked me into taking a medication for something I don’t even have. Not to mention its impossible to reach anyone on the phone, the receptionists are rude, and getting referrals takes MONTHS for them to fax. It’s just so disappointing.

Great service, quick and efficient! Came from out of town with a semi-urgent condition, was able to be seen in 15 minutes. Dr. was very kind and thorough, testing was done quickly and ruled out any worries I had! Total time spent: 1 hour Very good experience ! Thank you!

The doctor I saw was patient, informative and knowledgeable. He explained my injury in detail that I was able to understand. The reception here was slightly rude and disorganized on the phone, but we're nicer in person, so could have just been a hectic day. And the wait time was relatively short, but during Covid you have to book an appointment. If you go here, it's inside Loblaws on the West side up the little flight of stairs. I would go here again.

Although it is conveniently located where I shop and in my neighborhood I'm officially changing clinics. Unfortunately the negative reviews regarding calls not being answered, lack of appointment availability, poor communication, no available doctors, lack of clarity on when/if(very random)? doctors are available...the list goes on. This is for management- why are you making people hear your entire phone message to choose an option only to hear "the person you are calling cannot be reached" at the end?. What's the point? Management....These times have been hard on everyone and your office staff/doctors/patients are all stressed I'm sure but...your entire system needs improvement...better systems that function properly alleviate problems and create better patient care and a less stressful working environment.Also...i read all the negative reviews from the LGBTQ COMMUNITY concerning disrespect...and there are quite a few...please work on improving this...it's just wrong.
