β β β β β After struggling to access basic services from many other walk-ins in the core, I'm very happy I found this one. Efficient reception system, short wait time, helpful, attentive care. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone looking for a decent walk-in clinic

β β β β β I live nearby & have used the clinic a few times. Very satisfying experience both times. The clinic appears impeccably clean and ran efficiently each time. It was so so nice to actually speak with a dr. in person. I have not laid eyes on my regular dr. in 2 years. The nurse practitioner has been my go to and mostly over the phone.

β β β β β I donβt normally review doctor offices but I am super impressed with this clinic and the doctors they have - always professional, kind, understanding, on the ball, and willing to support patients with what we need. Iβve used their services over 5x now and each time itβs been a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!!

β β β β β Docβs at this store are amazing! But the reason Iβm posting this review is - this clinic doesnβt pick up their phone calls and the front desk staff is not very friendly as well. I called them 5 times last week and 2 times this week before coming. No one picked up and I came from 50 kilometres away and they returned me by responding that they do not attend walk-ins after 2 PM - I donβt have a problem with that, but at least pick up the phone call so I can have a heads up! The owner / manager please take a look into this ?. Otherwise this clinic is always my first preference when I need a doc! βοΈ

β β β β β Went for a walk-in appointment today, the waiting time on the site was pretty accurate. Process to register myself was really smooth. I saw Dr Luks who took her time to ask me questions about my issue and family history and was quick to refer me for further testing. I received great care during my visit and would return in the future. Clinic was very clean.

β β β β β I started going to this walk in clinic probably 12 years ago, and eventually managed to snag Dr. Soneji as my family doctor and she's been nothing but amazing!! When Dr. Soneji is not available, I will do the regular walk in and have always had the absolute best experience with every single doctor who works there. It's like they only hire people who have a genuine caring personality!
I've been to a lot of walk in clinics in the city and outside of the city and I have never had a better experience as I do at Patient Networks. Their Patient Care Coordinators (Michelle and Mel), are always super great both through email and in person.
I will be moving to Pickering and I will absolutely continue to go to this clinic. There's no way I would go anywhere else.

β β β β β The most trustworthy walk-in clinic in my opinion! Iβve utilized Patient networks for around a decade, and when I used to work in the area and attend in person, I always enjoyed seeing Dr. So. Now that Iβm not in the area anymore, I still regularly trust Patient Networks over any nearby clinic for phone consults, and have referred friends and family as well! Iβve received great advice lately from Dr. Lianne Wong while recovering from a virus and as always, am extremely satisfied with the short wait time for the telephone consults as well as the diagnoses and recommendations.
