★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disrespectful customer service at any bank I've been to. Right off the bat I was being blatantly mocked for requesting a simple CAD to CNY forex transaction ~2:30 pm EST on September 23rd 2019.
If you want to make a joke about 500, at least do it after work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They exchange USD only with canadian issued ID, I showed them US ID, but it wasn't enough. A clerk insited to have a Canadian one. What a stupid rule. I hope the bank itself not that bad as their Canadian passport exchange rule. In any case giving 1 star as I didn't get simple service there because of the weird rule. BMO across the street agreed to exchange without any ID, but with a small fee though.
