★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food but I won't use them again due to their love of plastic. Cartons cutlery straws and cups all plastic. They even had China plates on the shelves behind the counter but I think they're just for show? I'll be boycotting them until they start to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this La Prep. La Prep, overall is ok. But this particular location is amazing. The staff are friendly and courteous. They make you feel important and they treat regulars with a good dose of friendliness. I love the tea selection and breakfast wraps the most.

Prices are reasonable and service is good besides fresh ingredients a good flavor .

The staff have always been professional and helpful during the ordering process and everything has been delivered right on time and exactly as requested. Even those co-workers with special demands for have been satisfied by their lunch! It can be stressful to order meals for a large group but La Prep at 2 Queen East has been perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great choice of sandwiches and salads, as well as other food items such as quiche. The other day I got a prosciutto panini with mozzarella and spinach and some spread. I added 2 salads - the spinach walnut and strawberry, and the corn and black bean salad. Everything tasted amazing. All of that was about $10. Not too shabby.
The place is a bit small and I feel a bit rushed to make a decision when I come during the week. It's to be expected downtown I guess.
In the summer they have a lot of outside seating to people watch while you enjoy your lunch in the sun.
