T	TheBFGHarrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending two years living here this is what i found. a Good place for a young student to get affordable temporary housing in the downtown (especially if you are attending George brown,etc). However if you are not a fan of constant construction noise pollution stay away, Management is lazy and very rarely provides any real help/solutions. The elevators are horrendously slow (If you hate 5-10 minute waits to leave your building again, not for you).

Security is always super nice and have been very helpful if ever I need the elevator on service or have a question. Neighbours are quiet and kind. I've been really happy and enjoy living here a lot. Quiet, but a short walk right into the core. Steps away from Rabba, Subway, Red Rocket Coffee, The Blake House, and so many other delightful places.
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great condo. Its an older building but it has been taken very good care of. It is very well maintained and rarely has problems. I've been happily living here for over 5 years. The condo office is very slow with administration though, so allow extra time.
L	Lyle Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit a dear friend and his entry code buzzer was on the fritz. Security guy wouldn't even speak to me except to tell me to go away. I feel sorry for the residents there, having a discount low level and likely cheap security company on site.

Living here became been a constant nightmare of poorly managed building disasters. I am doing everything I can to sell and get out of here.
O	Omer Quenneville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a realtor I can say this building certainly has history and is sometimes referred to as the "old girl on the block" Built in 1972 to it is pushing 50 years old. I have sold many units in this building over the years and it continues to be a building with a high demand with the latest being young urban professionals buying up these units and renovating them for the long haul. I do maintain a list of units "coming soon" and I always seem to know someone that wants into this building. This building is known for its stunning views, east or west the views are spectacular. The large grounds give it a park like setting with plenty of gardens and outdoor seating which is a big plus in a city that seems to be pouring a lot of concrete. You can't beat the location!

I can say I love this place from the bottom of my heart. You can’t find anywhere else that is more convenient than this location. It’s so easy to buy groceries from Loblaws, No Frills, Food Basics, Metro and dollar store within walking distance and communicate to my work place less than 15 mins.
