★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in the sister building, 150 Homewood Ave., for 5 years and am definitely enjoying my time here: great location (the village, minutes from both Yonge and Bloor subway lines, just off DVP); complete amenities; amazing patio; kind neighbours; informative and timely management, kept very clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well run building. Our board has done a great job the last few years. Wish our lobby furniture was better but that’s a small issue. Building is clean, and neighbours are friendly. There is a good community here. We have movie nights outside in the summer, potlucks and various other community events. I’ve been here since the beginning ( close to 10 years) and this is the best building I’ve lived in. The area is changing for the better rapidly. Close walks to subways on both lines. Close to cabbagetown, the village, yorkville the danforth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply one of best locations to live at. Eaton centre, distillery district, Yonge and Bloor all very walkable. Quick access to both the Yonge and Bloor Subway lines. Easy and quick access to the DVP North. The Gardiner is not as quick to get to but reasonably accessible.
Great quiet neighborhood with No Frills, FreshCo and Loblaws easily accessible. Loads of great eats in the area as well.
On the North a church makes for a nice quiet neighbor that doesn't obstruct the view.
Well maintained building with some of the best parking in any condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here to visit a friend on numerous occasions. Worst concierge I've ever experienced. He would flat out ignore me on 2 separate occasions (months apart) in order to help people behind me in line. I'm sure if you're a tenant, he'll treat you great though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful well-built and maintained building in the heart of Toronto close to the subway, Bloor Street, groceries and has incredible walkability score. The building has a great deal of amenities but miss out on having a pool. Units are big and spacious and the views from the top floors are breathtaking. People in the building are generally very friendly and respectful.

The units are spacious and well built. the top floor units are incredible, 10-foot ceilings and fabulous views. Amenities include: a gym, sauna, movie theater, party room, super large terrace, BBQ area , concierge, and pleasant and clean reception area. simply one of the best building in the Sherbourne corridor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 500 Condos & Lofts is the best managed building I have ever lived in. The staff are friendly and the place is spotless (clean). They are good communicators and the 5th floor patio is beautiful. We love our suite, the balcony is huge and we love our south side view of downtown Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible views in summer, winter spring and fall. All year around. day and night. You will enjoy the sunny days, stormy days, winter days watching the weather and the city move right beneath your eyes. We moved here from North York last year and we are super happy with it. Now that we are all going back to work, we are actually walking to work and we feel very lucky for that. the building management is 19 star rating. This is probably one of Toronto best run building. So helpful and responsive. The amenities are great too. Close to the parks, DVP, Downtown, Cabbage town, 3 subs-way stops at less than 5 min walk, the closest is actually 3 min walk. We love living here.
