K	Khan jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll not buy n visit this store again, few times I had problems with this store, the stuff r impolite, they reduce price matching stores,like I had to match an Item the cashier wouldn't, saying the a program, last time I bought a dough flavor were on sell they charged me with a regular price, next day I came with receipt but they won't accept it. Shopping bag 10cents they'll charge u 25 cents. The products are very high priced. So please don't go there n save ur time n money,ur dignity cuz u don't want to be embareced in front of ppl. They don't have respect to customers.

FreshCo offers everything that we need from vegeis to groceries. I found Poha and Indian sweets only here. Shop here only if you want some quality items and not available at other store. The part which I don't like here is their billing counters which are small and no separate place their to stand.
K	Kyle Doré on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have what you expect but the produce is really hit or miss and their dairy fridges often have a foul odour. The prices are very good, and many of the staff members are kind and helpful.

Being downtown, it may not be as large as in the suburbs but they try to have some of everything and they do price match and give rainchecks plus 10%. The store has an irregular shape so it can be challenging finding what you want, but you can ask the employees if you cannot find what you want.
M	Milena Nasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite what some people say in these reviews, I don't think this FreshCo staff is rude. On the contrary, they were always very nice to me. Some downsides: the store looks cluttered in some sections, though you can see it's clean, it just seems disorganized. The range of products is not very broad, so if you're looking for a more specific brand, you'll have some trouble. Also, the security guys seem overcautious giving away looks and sometimes it feels like they're following you around... It doesn't bother me, but as I read in some reviews, it bothers some people, so it's just a heads up. Lastly, sometimes there are huge lines at the cashier, when you can see that there's only 2 open cashiers while the others are closed. In conclusion, if I want to buy something quickly, and I know that they have it there, it's the perfect choice. However, if I'm not in a rush and want to do some larger shopping, I prefer to go the nearby stores like No Frills that's only a 2 or 3 minute walk from there. Considering the competition around, I would say this store has some work to do. However, I've only been there during the pandemic, so I feel like soon they will hire more people and invest more in this unit. I'm willing to update my review with a lower or higher score if I notice any changes. For now, it's 3/5.
