Have been looking a home and couldn’t find any being a student. I just want to say Harrington housing is for everyone! I’m talking about the one in Sherbrooke Street in Montreal based on my experience. I received genuine advice, stress free and welcoming guidance from Sahil that works for Harrington housing! The accommodation is fully equipped and well organised, with a great location, close to supermarket and bus stops. Surely everything that was looking for a perfect stay in Boston while studying at Kaplan. And the staff is excellent, especially Kem, who was always available to help in all situations. I would like to thank Kem for making my stay at Waverly Flat (Harrington Housing) a fabulous experience.

I had all amenities that I needed, and they made my stay so comfortable that I moved into a one-bedroom apartment after a few months. The staff is respectful, and always helped me out with whatever requests I had. I am so grateful I found a place I could call my own for almost 2 years. Thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing me to have my own space here in Toronto. I definitely recommend Harrington Housing to all students, newcomers, and young professionals! THANK YOU!

The room is exactly as advertised, clean, and the roommates are pleasant and quiet. I'm grateful for the response of the team at this busy time. That being said, please visit and verify where you will be staying beforehand if possible and do not book rooms in the 565 building, ensure it is in 561. Also make sure to voice concerns to all available parties when having an issue as not everyone working here is always on the same page at busy time.
A	Alicia Ha. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a apartment in Harrington Housing and first I had some issues then I contacted Harrington Housing team and told them about my issues. After a few hours they already replied and moved me into the best room I could‘ve dreamed of! It has such a nice view, it‘s so big, I have a own bathroom, etc. I am glad that they took my concerns serious and helped me to find a solution. The kitchen has everything it needs and nearby you can shop for everything you need (Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Market, Starbucks, Mc Donalds, Longo’s,…). The train and bus stations is right infront of the door and the residence also has a nice gym!

Manager Feri is super nice. When I had some questions or confusion he always helped me a lot during my staying. The room and public area in the flat were definitely clean. You can use washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and fully furnished. The location of the place is 5 minutes from Union Subway Station. You can easily reach groceries, banks and coffee houses via pathway that goes under the building! I would definitely recommend it to students and young professionals.
