K	Komangoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms with a comfortable bed, clean toilets, coin laundry machines close to downtown for a cheap price. I spent there one night, and I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionists were very welcoming. I highly recommend

Building and rooms have overall hideous depressing institutional 60s-70s era design. Concrete walls and hard floors. Doors didn't seal well. Children on summer field trips outside in the hallways yelling all night. Bathrooms had no ventilation so they were hot stuffy poop swamps from about 8-11am everyday. Horrible stay. If my work hadn't paid for it, I would have left after the first night to find something else. Would not recommend.

However, the bed is not comfortable, at least for me. The washrooms are kept clean at all times. I don't know if it's the design of the building but its gray industrial walls could use some paint. The price is outstandingly cheap considering other student housing types where you pay the same price for just a bunk bed cramped with 3 to 9 other people in a room.

L	Laura Cousineau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here in first year when the caf service was better. The rooms are small but adequate heating and cooling. The bathroom do look like ur gonna get murdered in them but theyre still better than most bathrooms in the residences.
