Update: April 2021 - the building has been having constant water interruptions with little to no prior notice. Very frustrating. The recent addition of new security cameras, new and additional locks to secure more parts of the building, and a 24/7 security guard on location has improved things tremendously.

Most of the negative reviews are pretty much accurate. From water shut off almost twice a month and unresponsive management. The neighbours are very nice and friendly.

Ive lowered my review as things are no longer as bright as they used to be. Due to water leakage in a unit above me, my kitchen is now a complete disaster. Paint falling, cupboard doors not closing, countertop separating from wall. I have put in a repair request and have yet to hear anything. Yes, I know its a pandemic, but they can at least respond. Available units have been empty for a year now, but as a faithful long term tenant, we get very little attention. They will love you until you move in, but once that happens, you will be forgotten.

The building is being turned around under Park Property with several renovations and changes to the building. The leasing agent, Luciana, who helped me through my application was the kindest and made the entire process a breeze. I never had such a good experience moving in this city, barely felt like I had to do anything.

Don’t move here this building has huge problems few are water and heat, that’s why the lowered the price for their β€œsuites” It has been a terrible experience living here, they just put some beautiful flowers outside to make the building more attractive.

Review on new management. I must thank the Leasing Agent/Resident Relations Coordinator for making this process seamless and transparent. They were able to paint a visual picture of the property and promote its benefits over the phone; walking me through all the possible options available to me. Management walked me through the work that Park Property Management Inc. has done since it came under their Management in January 2021. When I viewed the available apartments (which were being renovated at the time), I was impressed with the size, upgrades, and choices of finishings and appliances. When compared to several other buildings in the city, this was very attractive and impressive. I was also impressed by the timely response from Park Property Management Inc. with the final decision.

I have been living in this building for almost two years the previous management had a very poor response and not professional at all, the heating system of the building is damaged, during the winter the temperature in the units from the first seven floors will drop to 14C and they won’t fix it. Add to this the condition of the hallways is awful. Also, be aware of all the junkies hanging in the building randomly and water cut-off happens every 15 days, same as a heating cut-off on winter. The new management are nice but haven’t improved nothing, I have cracks on my ceiling for the past two months that haven’t being fixed. (Water cuts off still happening every month)

took more than 20+ days for the management to even respond to a request for pest control treatment the first time. Took 40 days the second time from request to treatment. Refused to do block treatments of surrounding units and said multiple times they can't do anything about cockroaches in the bathroom, because bathrooms are moist and we have to accept it. The whole building lost hydro for 48 hours unexpectedly because of negligence in repairs and the residence manager said any lost food, wages, etc. was not their responsibility. But don't worry, they gave us glowsticks from the dollar store to get through the night without power. Park Property Management spends A LOT of money on social media posts and leasing agents, but they treat their tenants like cockroaches (while not treating the actual cockroaches)
