J	June Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building starts construction as early as 7:30am on a Monday morning... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. horrible building management and its quite clear that they do not care about the well being of the residents. rpms should be ashamed of themselves.
D	Disha Veena Giridhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star because I can’t give 0. TERRIBLE AND pests EVERYWHERE. Horrible management - if you don’t look Canadian, be prepared for intimidation tactics. Their rents are much lower than surrounding buildings for a reason. The only things good about this place are things that are not in control of management - location & in building grocery store.
B	Betty Principal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcome to the hell. Bedbugs pouring from the walls, exhaust ventilation,outlet, pipes from all over kitchen bathroom and living room. The building is infested. I am having this problem from almost a year now and properly manager just scheduled treatment without treating the source evenwith all my evidences; videos, pictures. Bedbugs coming from neighbors and they don't want to do anything about it. Plus the contractor that came to my home damaged all my furnitures, floor and even my computer....and more. On top of that they don't care !!! They don't deserve even one star but Google doesn't allow to post without one star! This is beside the others issues like cockroaches? and unprofessional staff ABSOLUTELY AVOID THE ENTIRE COMPANY RPMS AND CAPREIT as are the same
K	Kevin Vira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good connectivity to TTC - Bus and Sherbourne Station. Easy access to Pharmacy, Grocery Store, and Walk-In Doctor's clinic. Indoor swimming pool is always closed. No other amenities. Gym is being prepared but like swimming pool, not sure if it will be operational. Garbage chute is clean and regular fire drills are done. No AC. Occasional cases of pest. No bed bugs in our apartment but have seen people discarding Mattresses often. Management is responsive.

They never pick up the phone and take forever to respond to service requests Non stop construction that starts as early as 8am not to mention there are so many different types of pests and the homeless just wander in as there is zero security (mind you a guy was shot dead literally a block away less than a month ago). There have been several fires (one as recent as Sept 2021 where someone DIED), it is obvious that this building is a fire hazard as well. Zero amenities, the pool and gym have been under construction for years so I doubt we'll ever be able to use it. And forget having a caring management office, they are rude and uncaring (Cian especially). Just a nightmare building altogether and I strongly advise all tenants to contact the LTB or organize a class action lawsuit as nothing is ever resolved (watch the only response I'll receive is a generic one to contact Sr Management but they will NEVER return the email once sent). All prospective tenants stay away! I was fooled by the great location but the location does not make up for the poor management of this building. To all current tenants, let's organize a class action lawsuit or appeal to the LTB as I'm fairly sure this building is breaking several laws and is actively putting our health and lives in jeopardy.
D	Dave A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just attended their pool party event. Had a fantastic time! Staff was very friendly, great environment, & also had the pleasure of meeting the operations manager, Ms.Power. She was very nice & welcoming to myself & all. She definitely hosted a great event.
R	Rob Stemmler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved in to 77 Huntley 6 months ago. Everything has been a change for the better from our old building. Our unit is bright and quite large. Management has been available when we need them (with an on-site office). There is a newly-renovated pool, a weight room that should be opening soon. Maintenance can be a little slow to resolve general issues but they were very quick to resolve an urgent one. All in all, moving to 77 Huntley has been a step up for us.
N	Nikko Tuason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived in the building since 2014 and I can honestly say it’s not the worst place to live, but it’s very close. The elevators are constantly down 2/4 always out of service, the laundry room always has to have at least five washers and dryers down, water shutdown happens once a month (minimum). The positive things about this building is the maintenance team are quick to respond, it’s close to the TTC and the grocery store is right downstairs. Also there’s no concierge so Amazon will leave your packages in the lobby for anyone to steal.
