As of now I have to say I love the work is been done, the buildings is always clean, whenever there is an issue management attends to it faster than ever, security is always alert at night and take such good care of residents, and all the staff at the building (including the cleaning staff) are so friendly and always helping the elderly residents. I love living here because of the community and the ladies at the office are always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend living here!

He took the time to listen to my situation, my needs, and he works really really hard- everyone in the building knows him and trusts him for obvious reasons! I'm really happy and look forward to living in this building managed by a great administrative team! ?????

I feel very safe and comfortable in this place. I recommend to people who like to feel permanent comfort This is a good place for them also Neighbors are very friendly soon as you say hello you will see yourself in a very interesting conversation I love that place

People are friendly and cooperative. Management staff is good and solves our all queries. Collaboration with Merilena, Adam, Eduard and Max is always helpful and fun. Good and safe society for working women and students.

He was so accommodating and lovely to deal with. The unit I moved into was freshly renovated, all new appliances. The building and the neighborhood definitely have their quirks, but it's really the best value for the amount of space I got. Feeling very pleased with my decision to move here!

Adam is very personable, helpful, and professional. throughout my time here, Adam has been very quick to respond to emails and phone calls! This, along with the building and it's great features ensures me that I made the right choice moving here.

He was very professional and courteous. He was able to answer all of our questions. Edward and Marilena in the rental office were excellent and answered any questions we had for them. Adam and Edward were super helpful with my application and move-in process. Maintenance requests are processed promptly and professionally. The property manager, Marilena, is incredibly kind and she’s also been enthusiastic to help with any issues I may have had.
