J	Josh Bowman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful apartment building. Clean, well-maintained, and friendly. New appliances, great balcony. The landlords are responsive and the location is perfect if you want to live or work downtown. Very happy I found this place!

I have sent numerous emails to the landlord in the past month for issues that Ive had with my ex roommate, a Bee infestation, the landlord also cuts the wifi off when you make her mad, petty I know, and when your life is threatened by someone who used to live with you, they will deny changing your locks for your safety. The landlord/Owners will also come into your apartment being very confrontational and use scare tactics to make anyone uninformed of tenant law afraid, if you are to move here, study your rights as a tenant, as this is the only thing currently getting me by. This review is completely deserved, the woman's right activist also known as Leah, who has been mentioned in other reviews below will ignore your emails, ignore your issues, and send them to her super intendent John which will also use a tone with you. My ex roommate was removed for assault on women, he then made minor damages in which I have been told I must pay for, which somehow boggles me understanding how this is my responsibility. Some womens rights activist. Im still waiting on numerous emails to be answered, so this is the consequence of the landlords actions. And even after your entire neighbor base stands behind you vouching for you, she will still ignore you. #saveourchildren

Every email is answered promptly and I can already see a difference in the building since the change in property owners. Will definitely be staying with Eichler estates!
