F	Felipe Jr. Movilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second year renting with Akelius and I've still got nothing but good things to say about the rental company, from the admin staff in the office to the front line workers within the buildings. Although the place has minimum amenities, I'm happy to exchange that for the friendly neighbours, the hardworking cleaners within the buildings, and the professionalism of the workers within the offices. Specifically speaking, upon my arrival to my rental unit switch just this past month, Oblio helped accommodate a earlier key pick up time! and also advised that Jose was the gentleman who cleaned my unit before my occupancy. Also, out of the goodness of his heart, upon my arrival to my new building, Jose helped me bring up my couch! Considering my expectation of cleanliness and organization, I was happy to arrive to a well cleaned unit! Initially I was to PU the key for 11 AM so thank you Oblio for accommodating the earlier key PU and Jose for the well cleaned unit and the helping hand! Not to forget, Susan Kiss, Kate Apostolidou & Sandra Makowiecki! From my initial move in with Akelius to now my second year occupying another rental unit with them, I cannot be happier with the office admin! I've had no issues with my units and anytime I've put in an email inquiry, either Susan, Kate or Sandra are usually very prompt in clarifying, advising or providing the assistance needed! So considering these trying times, I cannot be more grateful for a team that is so helpful! TY TY TY!
C	Carlos Alberto Paguaga-Cuadra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this building whatsoever. I withheld from posting a review hoping my experience would change, which it did not. I have lived here for only 3 months and have dealt with black mold and mice now. The front door of the building (fob accessed) does not properly lock. These are just a glimpse at the larger issues, but believe me there is a boat load of other issues too. I previously rented from Akelius and not once had a bad experience like I’ve had here. Furthermore, the accountability from Akelius at this particular location is unacceptable. As landlords they are expected to maintain there buildings in a suitable state for habitation. I only am giving Akelius 2 stars because the technician that deals with building/unit issues is lovely and does his best to correct the issues. I also do quite enjoy the aesthetic of the building and the unit I’m in. I will however reiterate that this rental building is poorly maintained, and you will be greatly disappointed.
