β β β β β So many issues for being a tenant with them for more than 2 years.
If you want to move in, be prepared for:
1) Get entirely false noise complaints for when you're not even home!
2) Very poor control over pests.
3) The property manager, Reynah Pereira, is never available, just leave messages and you'll never get any call back
4) Getting your rent cheques lost so you have to call the bank and do them it again
5) So many issues I can't keep up rememberimg them! Just stay away...

β β β β β dirty, old fashion, Unpainted walls on halls, I have Cockroaches problem since im here. I am going to move next year for sure. Garages is terrific ugly and untidy. it is actually scary. Old elevators. I wouldn't recommended this building. I cannot wait to move.

β β β β β Predatory management. They tried to trick people into signing up for pre-authorized payment for rent right at the height of COVID-19 when people are losing jobs. They will use threatening languages to force you into paying more than you have to. Be aware, a lot of the things that they threaten you with are illegal under the Residential Tenancies Act. Not to mention, the building is literally infested with cockroaches, even for the "newly renovated" ones. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

β β β β β I had been living here for 1 year now. and I did not find any insect in my apartment . it is great location close to library , subway station and restraunts . overall I had good experience living here. with this price living in such area , what else should we ask for ?

New elevator has installed and two more will be replaced very soon.
The windows will be replaced in 2020
No complaints to management. They trying their best to keep up with a maintenance
Great value for the price we pay

β β β β β Be aware much on going renovations and repairs. The tennis court their website lists as an amenity is closed and soon to become a condo. Half the parking garage is closed for repairs.
It is definitely a dictatorship and a bit like living on the wrong side of the Berlin Wall

β β β β β Stayed there in a studio unit for a year, and moved out during the pandemic. It used to be one of the cheap buildings in the area, and the renovated unit looks decent. But during the pandemic, they refused to lower the rent and even required a 900K income proof to be qualify to rent a 1 bedroom unit. Also the constant construction noise was unbearable. There are cheaper and better places available now, no reasons to rent here anymore.
