For the first withdraw it may take within 24 hours. Their reason is "AML policy introduced by the government on cryptocurrency exchanges in Canada. Hence, we are bound to follow these guidelines. Since, all new kyc validated users are audited and confirmed by external agency." This may be a good thing but still can be inconvenient. Second, after waiting 12 hours until being approved for withdrawal, the USDT transaction is still pending in blockchain for more than 4 hours as I am writing this. As per the CS it is due to ETH congestion which may be true. But the Binance transaction which was made at the same time came through almost instantly. So, if you have an important trade to do or the funds are needed asap, this might not be a choice for you. Still Masscoinex is a new exchange and if they work hard and continue improving their system through upgrades, it will be better and can achieve more convenience in transactions. As for the support, I appreciate that they have LiveChat and WhatsApp which you can both utilize whenever needed help. The CS staff are helpful that is why this is still 4stars although there are couple of agents which cam get irritated, most of them will help you sincerely. Shout out to Ron and there's another one I have spoken to that I forgot the name(my bad). Keep up the good work. Thank you Ron for doing your best to help me go through with my withdrawal.

They have live chat and also have Whatsapp where both are very very responsive and everyone are polite and very accomodating. Highly trained customer service ensures that you're well taken care of. Though the JCB card transactions temporarily down, hopefully it will be fixed very soon! Anyway, there are very few exchanges that offer JCB transaction, so still this is a great thing! Keep it up! Hope you'll get big in the future!
