★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened am account 2 months ago.Did some online banking and bank personal called me from branch I returned call 6 times and got 1 return call and they left message stating they were just checking to insure it was me using my account. .which I confirmed I did however my account has been frozen and when talking to representative that was to be removed but wasn't. .very bad service looking at closing my account with them and moving my business to other financial institution. I left Patricia Ext 3405 messages again yesterday 2 times and still haven't received phone call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give this review 2 stars only because the tellers are very nice. However, the customer service and attitude from the personal bankers is atrocious. We have had several accounts with them for almost 20 years. they use to have exceptional service. Not anymore. We are looking for a new bank. As mentioned by another reviewer, we have experienced the same, they never return calls..never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm never sure recently whether I am in the same credit union I belong to. There are only a few people I recognize and the interior seems to be changing all the time. The last visit during covid19 limited entry at the door. This is a good sign. Let's see what happens next. I thought the bank was owned by all its share holders. Why are the responses headed (Owner)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is nice enough but they took their time rectifying a mistake they made with my direct deposit from work. Given that they made the mistake and I wasn’t being paid, I expected better customer service. Super disappointing. Mistakes happen but how you handle them after is telling. I can’t say I recommend them after this experience.

I was never contacted by email and given advise or educational tips that would help improve my overall banking experience. They never helped me build credit either. I felt very ignored by them. That's why I'm only giving a two star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told the corporate office would be open today on Saturday so that I could transfer funds to my other account when the online function is not working. The person who I called said that I just need to bring my id. Turns out the corporate office is not open on Saturdays. I called a customer service rep when I was standing outside the unopened corporate office who informed me that you were not open on Saturdays. I requested an email from him so I can have instructions in writing about what steps to take to transfer my money out of this bank. He said he would email me before the end of the day but did not do so. I have already submitted a complaint. Please reply in writing about ensuring that I can close my account and have money transferred elsewhere. As polite as your staff are they should give accurate information.
