★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BTC price was just over $9000 CAD and the sell price on the atm was over $11,000. While I would expect a markup this seems ridiculous. Maybe a decent place to withdraw but certainly not to buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pleased with this Bitcoin BTM. I was visiting from america and had left over canadian money at the end of my trip and was able to send it to my bitcoin wallet at home using this BTM. The rates were great for a machine. This is a two way BTM... buys and sells bitcoin for CAD!

I did not understand how to use paper wallet, but when I contacted customer support, They corresponded very quickly and politely.
Definitely the best company.

5* - for convenience
5* - for customer service. Not a lot of people will reach out to customer service support, but I was one of the lucky guys to try to use ATM during software update. Not only I did I get immediate reply from the support team, they kept updating me on progress and estimated time when service would be back up and running! I was Wowed by service, but believe me, the first two 5* (location and convenience) are worth using this place and company.
