D	Denise McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiropractic Care Dr. Carl Hildebrand is fantastic. I had a lower back issue that I had already been to a Physio person about and 4 weeks later I still had pain. Dr. Hildebrand determined it was a different issue with my hip. He explained everything. He did an ajustment and laser therapy. The next day I was pain free. I will be going back for physio and exercises to help keep any future injuries at bay. I highly recommend Dr. Hildebrand and this clinic as a whole. They will take care of the entire you! It's a great feeling.

The staff work together to achieve optimal results for my health across all functions. I've been benefiting greatly from consistently attending appointments throughout the year in all areas. Chris (massage therapist), Dr. Carl Hildebrand (chiropractor), Pooneh (physiotherapist) and Jesse (active care specialist) are very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. You will be in great hands with them. Thanks to their help, my injuries are completely healed and I'm now continuing physio, chiro and massage therapy to help with my posture issue, improve my mobility/flexibility and muscles release. If you're looking for a rehab clinic in the Yonge & Bloor area, this is the place to go. Highly recommend

The staff are excellent - Dr. Hildebrand is a very knowledgeable and engaging chiropractor. The physio staff that I have engaged with, including Mrs. Manchanda and one of her assistants, Mr. Jesse Owens, are very knowledgeable and considerate. They were also able to accommodate my need for an immediate appointment. Great place that I highly recommend.
P	Pauline Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some amazing, friendly and helpful service providers here (Jesse is great), but unfortunately it's a very mixed bag and I have given up on them. I had pulled a muscle and was in a lot of pain. I called to ask if they had any availability that same day, but no one picked up. There was no information on their voicemail system to say that they would be closed that day. So, I visited the office in person and it was nearly empty - no receptionist, no physiotherapists or chiropractors, just one massage therapist. That person was very nice to me and apologized for not having anyone there. A few days later, I managed to finally see a physiotherapist, who wanted to schedule a follow-up appointment with me. However, she never showed up to that follow-up appointment, and I was treated by someone else. I guess I was lucky that they had time for me at all, since it easily could have gone worse. I asked the receptionist why my therapist wasn't there, and whether I would still need to pay for an appointment I did not consent to (turns out she had double-booked herself?), and far from apologizing, she tried to make it sound like I was lucky to be "serviced by two people and only be charged for one session". I will absolutely not be coming back, and I am highly disappointed that a certain few people who give sub par service have tainted the excellent service given by others.

Not only am I taken care of at the clinic, but they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have all the tools I need to improve my recovery at home.
