The place itself is beautiful and clean and the representatives working are so polite, kind and helpful. I had my services done with Alicia and she is just AMAZING. I was in contact with her prior to my appointment for a virtual consultation and was able to ask her any and every question that came to mind and she was beyond helpful, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I was so pleased and eager that I booked my appointment right after my consultation. She accommodated to my schedule and got me booked in for the very next day which was so convenient. During my appointment she made me feel comfortable and was mindful in making sure that I wasn’t in any pain. She explained everything from beginning to end and was extremely thorough. The service/procedure that I had was “HA injections” into my hip area to help correct “hip dips”. It was painless and I absolutely love the results. She did such an amazing job in choosing the right product and placement for the injections. I saw results immediately which is exactly what I wanted. I strongly recommend New You Medi Spa and booking with Alicia. She is an expert at what she does and offers a wide variety of services. I’m looking forward to going back and seeing Alicia for more services/procedures. 5 stars all the way through.

I’ve been receiving treatments (full body package, approximately 4-6 weeks apart) from Kat and Taline and every single time the quality of service, technology and environment experience is 10/10. They are very sweet and informative. Treatments are always on time, pain-free and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone dreaming to be hairless! I’ve noticed a consistent reduction of hair growth, and looking forward to the continued positive results.

She promised I would see the result on my first session and will be very happy with the results and she is right and I have noticed a big difference in my hair growth.
