She was so thorough and I actually felt my hair zapping away the whole time! I wish I could ask for her every time ??. She has great customer service and made me feel very comfortable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my laser done at the Yorkville location and was blown away with their overall aesthetic of the clinic, to the wonderful sweet ladies at the front, they were so welcoming and kind. The technician was very thorough and informative. Money well spent! Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time, without asking , the guy there (the only one working I thought he was a Dr because my first time there 4 years ago I have and appointment with him, but he was also in the front desk and he said to me " we are not doing anymore of these promotions and discounts so you can buy now and get a price before everything increases" ........... excuse me???? If you are not doing promotions anymore then I will go to other place where I can get my fillers(many)and Botox for a package price ! do not threaten me with buying in advance because you will increase the prices.
Plus ! They don't show you what are they applying so in my case I am pretty sure they put less product than the purchased.

Extremely friendly staff, clean clinic and comfortable waiting room, appointments on time (or only a short wait), competent and friendly technicians. Look out for their Boxing Day or Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales because you can get great deals on laser hair removal. Sure, it may still seem pricy up front if you've never paid for laser service, but for me the results have been terrific--SO worth it. It's been years now after my treatments and the hair has never grown back.
