★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jillian Gordon has always been patient and professional treating my daughter's orthodontics. My daughter's treatment has lasted for nearly three years due to Covid and her teeth situation, which was way longer than expected, however, Dr. Gordon and the staffs were always kind in offering their helps and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVED Dr. Gordon. So great. Everything you want - professional, took the time to talk to me about my options, really knew how to help me out, always pleasant, best experience. This is a great place! I was wary about getting braces in my 50s but I am SO glad I did (they are off now and it was one of the best things I've ever done)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how I feel about this place anymore, they have a new receptionist. I told her I had an emergency and my front tooth is chipped and especially bad since I'm a public speaker and have 3 engagements booked every week through until to November, where I'm going to have to speak and smile for pictures. They said even for emergency and to take off the permanent retainer for my dentist to fix the chip I couldn't come in for at least a month. I have to find a whole new orthodontist now to take the wire out. She says " oh well you'll have to pay, " and I am thinking does she not understand this is an emergency my whole front teeth have a huge gaping hole. And I'm giving birth in 2 weeks , I'm supposed to have photos of me and my new baby with a huge hole in my front of my teeth?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor G is always the most pleasant and kind and sweet with my kids. She takes the time to get to know you and she truly cares. You can tell she loves what she does. The entire staff is wonderful and we always leave there thinking “they are so nice”. Highly recommend.

I also recommended Dr. Gordon to my friend who started her ortho journey this year and she only has good things to say about Dr. Gordon too.

She has a gentle touch and accommodates the patient making things Flow easier, leaves you feeling well looked after.
Every one has different tolerance with pain tighting braces on front teeth & adjusting retainers.
Dr Gordon always has an professional and sincere demeanor and patient.
I never stress about my appointments cause I always leave with a happier smile ?
Jeannette is awesome technician knowledgeable and very efficient.
She listened to my concerns and repaired retainer wire with precision without me feeling pain or headache.
Jeannette has long years as expertise in her job.
