★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a consultation to discuss my overall dislike of my smile, I talked to a couple different dentists who specialized in different treatments/conditions and they answered all my questions and made sure I was informed with all the detail, I have TMJ as well and we discussed teeth whitening and Invisalign . I don't think I've quite experienced this sort of welcomeness before, everyone was just so kind and you can see they really do care about helping people.

My confidence in the team stems from the fact that they take pride in their work. They approach every procedure, whether it is a routine check up or a complicated procedure, with unwavering professionalism and dedication. The admin staff are always on top of things. Any questions are addressed promptly, stress-free.
In September 2020, I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Janice Lo. Dr. Lo is meticulous - in addition to addressing gaps, she also adjusted my bite and the angle/shape of my teeth. I am ecstatic about the results (see attached). Dr. Lo is fun to work with, and also has the best Netflix recommendations!

what seems like a formidable undertaking was stress free as possible, thanks to the team making me feel super comfortable; I felt well supported throughout the journey. They were also honest about my expectations. I can tell they all put in a lot of effort, time, thought, consideration and expertise into the job. I was always well informed throughout the process, and Judy and Trevor’s delightful energy and sunny demeanour was an added bonus!
The results were better than I could have imagined. The colour, shape and very specific details they put into my veneers are exceptional. I recommend anyone looking into veneers to schedule a consultation here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue but I was reminded about my positive experience as I’ve just been to my dentist who had so many compliments about my teeth post orthodontic treatment with Dr. Janice Lo.
I had large gaps between my already small teeth my whole life and finally decided to address it but was unsure how best to solve the issue. I spent a few months researching orthodontists in Toronto and met with a handful to get their professional opinions of which I heard many varied proposals including veneers and implants, none of which sat right with me for my particular needs. Then I met Dr.Lo and I knew instantly that she would not only fix my smile but take great care in the process. She spent a lot of time looking at my teeth and confidently prepared a plan using Invisalign and laser gum reshaping, and a timeline for me with room for revisions depending on how my teeth were reacting. She was up for the challenge, but kept it fun.
After an expertly managed several months of straightening and lowering my teeth with the custom trays and her hands on support, I now have a shape and smile I’m extremely happy with and my only regret is that I hadn’t done this sooner! As already stated, my dentist is so impressed by the transformation, but also in the level of care demonstrated by the way in which my retainer was designed and attached to my teeth, making it easy to floss and keep up my cleaning routine. Something they apparently hadn’t seen before!
