★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing caring staff!!!! Been going to this clinic for decades. Very friendly and professional. They have always taken care to have a very clean and safe environment and now with the pandemic they exceed expectations. I always feel safe there and I had to go there yesterday and was very confident all would be well.

My teeth cleaning felt extremely safe and Larissa (I hope I spelled your name alright) was excellent in explaining everything she was doing. She's a very detailed and makes sure you receive the best cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client for over 2 decades and each experience has been absolutely fantastic. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel so comfortable. My hygienist is Dawn and she is wonderful. I have no anxiety going for my checkups and cleanings because I know I will be well looked after. Dr. Murray is the best. I have never felt so comfortable with any other dentist and I know she cares about me. Everyone there is professional, kind and caring and you are all the best. Thank you for making my experience going to the dentist a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thankful for Dr. Susan Murray and the wonderful team at Bay Street Dental Associates. I’m ashamed to admit it was the first time I went for a cleaning in at least 5 years. But they really understood my anxiety about going to the dentist and put my mind at ease, making the process so much easier. I had a deep cleaning with oral sedation, got to listen to my favourite tunes, and by far it was the most relaxed I have ever felt in a dentist chair lol. will definitely continue going back for regular cleanings from now on!

I am grateful I can always to to them for the very best treatments for my oral health. They are the best of the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to go for all your dental needs. Everyone I have dealt with here - support staff, hygienists, dentists - are all top quality. Paulina is my favourite dental hygienist ever! Professional and skilled, and also warm and friendly. She does a completely thorough job, and yet her method is easy and comfortable (great for people who are anxious about hygiene appointments). I actually look forward to my appointments with her. I can say the same about Dr. Susan Murray: best dentist ever! Her work is top quality, yet she is also such a friendly and engaging person. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I fully understand all my options, offer her suggestions, but leave the decision making to me. Always a great experience. I fully recommend Bay Street Dental Associates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Murray & team are fantastic. I have been to a lot of dental offices throughout the years, and Dr. Murray is truly one of the best. Friendly, empathetic, caring and a total perfectionist. I needed a crown to complete my dental implant and was recommended to Dr. Murray by my perio (Dr. Caudry) who is a few floors up. Dr. Murray was able to see me the same day and get the process started. I had multiple visits to Dr. Murray's office and each one was quick, efficient, and a positive experience. Her support staff are wonderful. Thanks to Dr. Murray & Jim for perfecting my crown and making sure I can smile again with confidence!
