Worst experience with this recruitment agency, so very disorganized... They called me to come in for an interview and a week later, the same person Robert called me AGAIN for an interview and mistaken me for someone new. Another week later, he asked to come in to meet with his client and and less than 30 mins later, he told me not to come as his client cancelled the interview. This is the worst, stop wasting your time with this agency.

Interviewed at Staffworks office. Very professional recruiters. Wanted to see if candidate meets clients expectations. Invited to attend a second interview at Client's site, Canada's top retail leader. Offered a position next day. They are dedicated and always take care of Job candidates. Thanks Staffworks.

Staffworks had a job position advertised on their website and as well as on Indeed which I have applied for. A person by the name of Katherine Good contacted me and asked me to come into meet with her. So I spent money on tokens to come down to this appointment and met with Katherine Good. Once meeting with her, I was informed from her that I would be put forward for the job which is at Sunnybrook and that they will contact me directly for a phone interview. I contacted Katherine Good with regards to an update or the status of this application and she has not once sent me an email or even given me a status report. I now know that all these employment agencies just wants to take all your details for their databases and does not care to put you forward for any job. It was a complete waste of time coming all the way from North York and not being updated of what is going on. I am very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend anyone to this agency.

It truly makes a difference, no doubt. I felt the impression that they are developing a hard-earned reputation for professionalism and service.They are true and honest to their commitments they make to their candidates. Before a formal interview I had to complete "The Predictive Index® Behavioral Assessment". I knew what an important process it is to assess behavioral personality indexes for a satisfactory,matched and successful job placement from candidate &recruiter point of view. I understood why as I went through various , at least three types of top behavioral assessments during my recruitment in top company in UK & BD. At staffworks, I thought they wanted to figure out a candidate match and profile requirement! Highly recommended the process for sure! I met with a Recruiter Lead for an interview. I was given a copy of the assessment as I wanted to see it for any variance and compatibility.We discussed any upcoming placement and its requirement . I was given excel tests. It was all pleasant experience and a professional impression that followed later. I noticed they go extra mile to see a perfect match of their potential career opportunity and candidate expectations.I observed the Recruit Team Lead, I learned as Mr. Minaz Lakhani fairly followed a transparent interview and clearly flashed the "Recruitment & Selection " process in a very concise manner. I noticed this gentleman's outstanding "Rapport Building" with candidates which obviously reflects a professional attitude in his job. Just in a day or two, I was called for an interview at client site, a high profile Canadian Retail.They gave me a call at every steps such as reminder, process and others. I like: They do realize and return a call within hours, when it is so frustrating for job seekers waiting a "Return of call" I appreciate it. They take a reasonable time but follow a truly efficient process in job candidate placement. I highly recommend Staffworks!

Staffworks openly discriminates against people who advocate for medical freedom. They will refuse work to qualified candidates simply because they’ve not taken the experimental gene therapy drugs and support clients who discriminate against candidates. Asking for confidential private medical information is illegal in Canada yet Staffworks who is owned by a female named Sandra Sears supports discrimination and segregation. They care more about bowing down to the clients than taking care of the candidates because collecting a paycheque matters more than doing what’s right. Stay far away from this unprofessional company filled with disrespectful ignorant staff if you care about integrity and being supported.
