β β β β β I met with one of the recruiters, who was interested in forwarding my resume to her client for a permanent role so she asked me to come in to further discuss my qualifications. Well after the meeting, which seemed to have gone well, my phone didn't ring ONCE for that role or any other role I applied to despite me calling her multiple times and emailing her. Even though I'm MORE than qualified. I think this agency has an issue with hiring visible BLACK minorities for corporate roles. Disgusting.

β β β β β The Bagg Group is the best agency that I have ever been involved with. I have been a part of many agencies but The Bagg Group responded to my application quickly and directed me straight into an amazing permanent opportunity. I got the opportunity to have an interview in a temp position within an a fantastic government agency and today I am a full time permanent employee with this agency. I encourage you to work hard, put your best foot forward and be willing to learn and grow with the opportunities you are given and I guarantee it will pay off in the end! Thanks again Meredith Pugh for helping me get my foot out the door and into a successful career with such an impressive organization!

β β β β β I am a professional EA/PA/Team Lead with over 25 years experience and a very good reputation in my field, and have dealt with many recruiting companies in the past whether for my own employment searches, or when hiring staff for my teams. I also do a lot of hiring for the companies I've worked for. There are many good and reputable recruiters out there. The Bagg Group/TalentWorld is not one of them. Completely unprofessional. I got a call from Katie Rogers on Monday March 30th regarding a PA role. Katie and I had a good conversation that ended with Katie saying she felt I was perfect for the role and she would arrange a telephone interview with her client and myself. I gave her my availability of April 1st or 3rd, and she told me she would get back to me with a time for one of these dates. I never heard back from her. I have now left 5 voice messages. I have asked her via voicemail several times to just let me know either way out of professional and common courtesy, yet my messages have fallen on deaf ears and I am being ignored. I personally cannot fathom dealing with anyone in such an unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this agency to anyone who is either an employee looking for work, or an employer looking to fill positions. I would give them zero stars if I could. TalentWorld, you need to understand that today's customers are tomorrow's clients. You treat a job seeker badly today, it will hurt you when these people become hiring agents in future.

β β β β β I've had nothing but a fantastic experience working with this company. I worked as a temp for them for about half a year and had great exposure to numerous reputable companies. I was never out of work and I was always in constant communication with my recruiters. I am now employed full time with a company that was provided through The Bagg Group. I would use them again if need be!

They supported me but then the company I was working for laid tons of people off within a couple months. Which was sad because I enjoyed the job and location.
