They fixed a broken SIM card tray in my Google pixel 6 pro, I worked with jesse, he was the most knowledgeable technician I've ever come across, and explained exactly what he was doing why he was doing it how long it would take and made me feel comfortable every step along the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jesse was super helpful and attentive. Quick follow up and great repair service. Fairly priced. I had a good experience here since Jesse was super friendly and answered all my questions in detail.
The location is also a good point since it's so close to subway.
I surely will recommend my friends here and comeback if I need any other service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cracked my screen a while ago and then dropped it in water recently, was super scared there would be water damage and would have to buy a new phone. Came here and Jesse offered great customer service, super helpful and understanding, helped me to explore different options of how to fix my phone and explained well what I was consenting to. He was able to fix my cracked screen and assessed for water damage in only an hour!! My phone is working as good as new now :D would definitely recommend and will come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fast, professional service. My LCD was replaced in a matter of hours (well before the expected time). Service was friendly and so far so good with the repair! Also great to note that there is a 1-year warranty on the repairs, barring any liquid damage.

Don't forget to ask him to demonstrate the strength of their screen protector with a hammer - I was impressed!
