★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst cheesecake and cake! Stale and hard to bite! Coffees were like hot water with a caffein flavour ???. I recommend you to drink water it was the tastiest product over there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again! Absolutely terrible experience. The waiter, without a mask, was the only staff member present on site and was busy doing everything at once, such as taking orders and preparing them, issuing orders to incoming customers and taking payments. While doing all this, the waiter didn't bother to wash his hands while preparing our order which is not in line with the health and safety protocols in the pandemic time! I received something that I didn't order, and the second person's order was completely different from the description on the menu. When I cancelled my part of the order, I found an increased price on the bill for the rest of the order. Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional customer service. Extremely disgusted and won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating of the place is quite an honest reflection; it’s nothing awful or anything special. The cheesecake was good — but I’ve had amazing dessert and this wasn’t anything particularly extraordinary, just good. We had a wide assortment so I feel this way of the cafe as a whole.
The best option was the tiramisu and pistachio cheesecake. The tiramisu was not a lightly breaded pastry; it felt more like a tiramisu cheesecake. It was heavy and had a light cheesecake taste. It was good!
The pistachio cheesecake was novel for us and it wasn’t too sweetly flavoured which balanced with the sweetness of the cheesecake. I feel this cafe can go more lightly with the sugar…!
The mock mojito was also really average. I’ve had better. Wouldn’t order it again or recommend. Had a slightly bitter aftertaste and I felt it could use more lime.
The wait staff, however, were very friendly though things seemed slightly disorganized (they forgot the cake we ordered to-go without us asking again for it and the lack of communication between them meant the remaining staff did not know where it was).
It’s an okay place to try. Nothing to rave about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience. My friend ordered a cake TWO WEEKS ahead of time online. When she went to pick it up on the specified date they had not prepared the cake at all. She showed him the order confirmation to which the employee said “oh, you should really call to place an order” why would there be an “Order Online” option on the website if it’s not actually an option? After she specified that it was needed for that night the employee said “are you sure? It’s has to be tonight? Oh hang on a minute”. They then went to the back and brought back a prepackaged TINY, LOW SUGAR, KETO cheesecake without the writing she had ordered. This is absolutely the opposite of what she ordered, not to mention that she ordered a vanilla cheesecake and the keto one was cappuccino. To top it off, the employee took a BROKEN half of a chocolate bar and wrote a sloppy happy birthday message on it. The chocolate bar was broken unevenly and looked terrible. The employee then essentially sent her on her way and did NOT give her a refund for the $40 DOLLAR custom cheesecake that she had ordered. Incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend. Stay away, honestly an unbelievable experience.
