Flavorful and tasty food at very low prices. The service is quick and the restaurant is nice and cozy. My favorite place when I'm craving Nepali/Indian food. Favorite starter is the assorted plate and favorite main dishes are the veg or non-veg thalis. Must try!

Food was delicious and atmosphere was calm and relaxing! Very much enjoyed our dinner and food was so good we had to order extra for the next day. Definitely recommend this lowkey spot for anyone that wants an authentic and clam dinner!

A hidden gem in Yorkville. Had the paratha, roti, and vegetable korma. I am a big bread fan, particularly South Asian breads. The paratha was unreal. Paired with the korma, it was just a superb meal. Can’t wait to come back! UPDATE: Totally disappointed by my second visit. The korma did not have the creaminess I expected from my last visit, and the lamb tasted quite off.. a pungent flavour. The paratha wasn’t nearly as good. Perhaps a different person cooked this time, but great restaurants should be consistent in quality.

Very good food very spicy very delicious I had the chicken vindaloo garlic Naan and basmati rice but the portion size is very small for the price I paid 5 dollars for 1 small Naan and on top of that the chicken did not come with rice so on top of the overpriced dishes I had to pay extra for rice which is standard in most places

I had a craving for authentic North Indian cuisine, and satisfied it at the Katmandu restaurant. The staff are friendly, and food is delicious. I ordered the lamb vindaloo, Aloo Gobhi, Tandoori naan, and plain rice. I do recommend the restaurant for dine in or take out, it truly is a gem in the heart of the City.

I had the non veg thali, tried the veg thali, garlic naan, and lamb nilgiri. Everything was good and flavourful. In fact I even prefer the Nepali style thali to the Indian one. Restaurant seems like a great place to drink at night too but the streets a bit messed up at the moment. Service is good too

Came here for lunch hoping to satisfy my cravings for momos (Nepali/Tibetan dumplings). Ordered chicken momos, chicken thukpa, and a veg thali. The veg thali was good with my favorite being the Palak Paneer. Thukpa was surprisingly flavorful albeit oily. The momos were by far the biggest disappointment, coating was very thick and the filling was bland. The sauce was good but couldn’t raise the dish beyond mediocre.

We enjoyed the experience at this restaurant! It was first time trying Nepali cuisine and I found it familiar maybe from Indian food. Momos were definitely new to me and I liked every single bite. The server was attentive and friendly. Recommended!
