★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience of my life. It took him 7 months to submit my Spousal Sponsorship application and he forgot the include the medical exam. The whole firm is rude and gets annoyed when you call for update on their progress with the application. Your best bet would be to look elsewhere for your immigration needs.
